WebConfiguration root folder is: C:\Users\username\Saved Games\DCS. Configuration mods folder is: C:\Users\username\Saved Games\DCS\mods\aircraft. Every time I enable more than 2 mods, they overwrite each other. Did the new update break certain mods? You should not have one folder inside the other ... my OvGME is like this:
