WebAug 19, 2024 · This issue is happening on two different systems, both fully updated to the latest version of Windows 10. I'm running Windows 10 with all the most recent updated installed. Both devices work fine when paired with my iPhone and iPad. I've tried the following 1) Removed and re-paired 2) Turned off Bluetooth, then turned it back on WebOn your phone or Windows 10 PC, make sure your Surface Headphones are set as the audio output device and check your equalizer settings.
